I recently found what makes the risk of infection of Wuhan coronavirus lower in order to protect ourselves from the Wuhan coronavirus.
It was the ACE2 blocker, which is a medicine for hypertension(= high blood pressure).
So, I have searched what the candidates as the ACE2 blocker in foods are, since unless you are a patient of the high blood pressure symptom, then you cannot swallow such medicine of the ACE2 blocker.
Finally, I found them.
For the caucasian, it is casein which is included in milk and cheese and sour milk, in general. So, I recommend you to drink milk and sour milk as well as you eat cheese and/or camembert cheese, but needless to say.
On the other hand, for the Japanese as well as the oriental people, we should eat Goma(sesame), sea weeds such as Nori, Wakame, Hijiki, mushrooms such as Bunaharidake(Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii) and seasonings such as Shoyu(=soy sauce) and Miso. Please share this information with your Japanese friends.
It is not yet proved to be good for the protection to the Wuhan coronavirus nor it guarantees that the ACE2 blocker to perfectly cure the symptom of the Wuhan coronavirus, but I speculate that somehow there is a possibility to protect our body suffering from the infection by the Wuhan coronavirus, I hope. It is just better to do than to do nothing!
